Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day leave our warehouse the same day; everything else leaves the next business day. Standard United States delivery then takes three to seven business days depending on your state.

Not at present. JellyFil ships to all fifty states, plus Puerto Rico and APO or FPO addresses. We are working on international fulfilment but we would rather not sell you something we cannot deliver reliably.

You receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually within twenty-four hours of ordering. If neither arrives, check your spam folder first and then write to [email protected] with your name and order date.

Contact us. If tracking has not moved for five business days, or the box arrives damaged, we open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement without waiting for the outcome. You do not have to chase the courier on our behalf.

Yes. Orders go out in a plain box with no product name, no imagery and no indication of the contents. The return label carries the distributor name only.

Chew one gummy daily. Do not exceed one gummy in twenty-four hours. Most men take it with breakfast; you can also take it thirty to sixty minutes before intimacy if you prefer.

JellyFil contains no caffeine, so it will not stack with your coffee. Alcohol works against most of what this formula supports, so heavy drinking will blunt whatever you might otherwise notice, but there is no known interaction.

Take one gummy the next day as usual. Do not double up to make up for a missed day. Consistency over thirty days matters far more than any single dose.
